Three Programmes, Each at Its Own Pace
Each programme at Thara Capital is a complete, self-contained experience. They may be attended in any order; each stands on its own.

How Each Programme Is Structured
Every Thara Capital programme follows the same fundamental structure: a facilitator with professional experience in the relevant area, a small group of participants, printed materials, and time for questions that would not fit in a larger room.
Content is designed to be understood — not just heard. The facilitator introduces a topic, works through it in accessible language, and then opens the room for discussion. Participants are encouraged to bring their own situations into the conversation, though they are never required to.
At the end of each programme, participants leave with printed materials they can read again at home, at their own pace, without the pressure of a session to keep up with.

◆ Programme One · Reading
The Considered Reading of Equities
A four-session programme on the patient reading of equity markets, the structure of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the longer history of equity returns in Asia. The facilitator presents the technical content in plain language and discusses the considerations of how time horizon, household goals, and personal temperament shape any approach to equities.
No specific securities are discussed. The programme does not make recommendations; it builds the vocabulary and framework for participants to read financial information more clearly for themselves.
What each session covers
What equity markets are and how the Stock Exchange of Thailand is structured
Reading company financial information — the key numbers and what they indicate
Long-run equity return history across Asian markets and what it means for household planning
Time horizon, temperament, and household goals — how these shape any considered approach
- Four facilitated sessions (approx. 2.5 hours each)
- Printed glossary of Thai and English financial terms included
- Group size 6–14 participants
- No prior knowledge of markets required
◆ Programme Two · Workshop
The Quiet Saving Habit
A one-day workshop on the patient practice of saving — household saving, automatic saving arrangements, and the considerations of revisiting saving habits as life stages shift. The facilitator draws on Thai household examples and offers a printed worksheet for participants to map their own saving rhythm against their household goals.
The pace is gentle; participants are encouraged to reflect rather than commit to changes during the workshop itself. The worksheet is designed to be completed at home, in conversation with a partner or family member if that is helpful.
Workshop sessions
The nature of saving — why it is harder than income alone explains, and what behavioural patterns are common in Thai households
Automatic saving arrangements, revisiting saving habits across life stages, and working through the personal worksheet
- One-day format (approx. 6 hours with break)
- Printed saving habit worksheet included
- Thai household examples throughout
- Suitable for individuals and couples
◆ Programme Three · Conversation
The Three-Generation Conversation
A weekend programme of two sessions on the financial conversations that often run across three generations within a Thai household — supporting elderly parents, planning for one's own later years, and helping younger relatives toward their own adult lives.
The facilitator provides discussion prompts and a printed conversation guide. Sessions are gentle and reflective; participants attend individually or as couples, and many describe the programme as a quiet beginning to overdue family conversations.
Weekend sessions
Supporting the generation above — the financial dimensions of eldercare in Thai households, and how to approach these conversations
Planning for one's own later years while helping the generation below — legacy, conversation, and the household as a whole
- Two weekend sessions (Saturday and Sunday, approx. 3 hours each)
- Printed conversation guide included
- Suitable for individuals or couples
- Reflective, non-prescriptive facilitation style
